WELCOME HOME, KARILYNN!!!!

My sister surprised us ALL and showed up back in Washington State this past Wednesday after a 2-year long mission contract with YWAM in Ukraine.  Family and friends had been told that she wouldn’t be flying back until the 15th of this month.  Little did we all know, she bought a ticket around Christmastime and has planning all along to come home the 5th.  The only people that knew were my parents, and they were only informed because she needed a ride back from the airport. :)  Being in Alaska, I haven’t had the chance to actually see her in person but I did have the chance to talk with her briefly on the phone when I called my parents’ place Wednesday night.  Now the whole fam is camping together at our favorite eastern Washington camping spot, Lake Roosevelt.  Sure wish I was there sharing in all the outdoor fun.  Soon…very soon.  In fact, I was just shopping on-line for airline tickets today.  I anticipate making a return home the 1st or 2nd of October.  It’s coming up!!!

Welcome home, sister.  Can’t wait to see you and give you and your long hair a great big hug.
